Guide
Best CRM for Sweden (2026): a buyer's guide
You run your business in English, your customers speak Swedish, and most CRM guides are written for neither situation. Plenty of them list CRM systems for the Swedish market. Almost all skip the questions that decide the choice for a company operating here. Does support answer in the language your team works in? Where is the data stored? And what happens to the AI features the first time a meeting is held in Swedish?
This guide covers those questions first, then the systems themselves. Dovio is our product; judge that section accordingly. The criteria apply to any system you shortlist, and every price below was checked against the vendor's own pricing pages in August 2026. Kronor figures for dollar and euro prices are our conversions, and vendor prices are quoted excluding VAT.
Four things to check before you shortlist
Feature lists look alike. These four points are where the systems differ for a company based in Sweden.
- The language your team works in. Your team may run in English while customers write and take meetings in Swedish. Check that the CRM and its support work in the language your team actually uses. For an international team in Sweden that is often English, and not every vendor built for the Swedish market treats English as first-class.
- Where customer data is stored. GDPR requires storage within the EU or EEA, not specifically in Sweden. A system storing data in Germany meets the requirement just as well as one in Stockholm. Storage outside the EU is what triggers extra legal work, transfer assessments included, and many buyers now simply require EU hosting. Ask the question and get the answer in writing.
- Whether the AI survives a Swedish meeting. AI features are usually built for English first. An English demo always looks good. Ask the vendor to run one on a customer meeting held in Swedish, and read the summary and the follow-up draft it produces before you judge.
- The price after the entry price. Entry prices are advertised per user per month and are rarely what you end up paying. Check which tier includes the features you need, whether there is a setup fee, and what happens at renewal. A published price list is convenient for a small team; quote-based pricing usually signals a system built for larger rollouts.
Which CRM systems are actually Swedish?
Of the systems most companies here compare, three are Swedish: Lime (Lime Technologies, founded in Lund in 1990), Upsales and Dovio. SuperOffice is Norwegian with a Stockholm office. HubSpot is American, Pipedrive Estonian and Zoho Indian, even when they are marketed in Swedish. Beyond the big names there are more Swedish vendors, Membrain, Sellfinity and CRMdata among them.
Swedish origin buys you support in Swedish and systems shaped by Nordic business data. For a team that works in English, it cuts both ways: check how much of the product, documentation and support actually works in English before you commit.
The systems, one by one
The shape of the market at a glance, then the detail.
| System | Origin | From | Try it without a sales call? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dovio | Sweden | $12 per user/month | Yes, 14-day trial, no card |
| Lime CRM | Sweden | 550 kr per user/month, 12-month term | Not stated on its pricing pages |
| SuperOffice | Norway | 450 kr per user/month (Starter, annual, max 5 users) | No, demo only |
| Upsales | Sweden | Quote-based | No; pricing by quote |
| Pipedrive | Estonia | EUR 14 (about 150 kr) per user/month (Lite, annual) | Yes, 14-day trial, no card |
| HubSpot | USA | Free tier; paid from $20 (about 190 kr) list | Yes, free tier |
Dovio
Dovio is a Swedish CRM that fills itself in. Contacts and companies are created automatically from email and calendar, and after a recorded customer meeting the summary, suggested tasks and a follow-up email draft are ready, written in the language the meeting was held in. A Swedish meeting gets a Swedish follow-up, an English one an English follow-up. No one picks a language for the AI. For a team whose meetings switch between Swedish and English, that is the point. The product runs in English or Swedish, data is stored in the EU in Frankfurt, and two-way email sync, custom objects and contract e-signing are included.
Reporting and forecasting belong to the bigger systems. If sales is run from dashboards and automated flows, Lime and SuperOffice are built for that. Dovio is $12 per user per month on Starter, which includes AI for ten meetings a month, and $36 on Pro with unlimited AI. There is no setup fee or seat minimum, and no lock-in. Full details on the pricing page and the security page.
Fits small teams that meet customers often and want the system to look after itself.
Lime CRM
Lime has built CRM since 1990 and is the established Swedish choice for larger organizations, with sales, marketing and customer service in one platform, often adapted to your industry and implemented with hands-on support. Its ecosystem around Nordic business data is the broadest of the Swedish vendors, and AI agents are included from the Business tier.
Pricing starts at 550 kr per user per month on a 12-month term billed quarterly in advance, and the AI features require the Business tier at 950 kr. The simpler sister product Lime Go is sold in packages from 1,200 kr per month for 3 users billed annually. Built for the Swedish market first, so test how complete the English version is before committing an international team. Our longer comparison is in the Lime guide (in Swedish).
Fits mid-sized and larger organizations with industry needs and budget for a proper implementation.
SuperOffice
SuperOffice has built CRM in the Nordics for over thirty years, with an office and support in Stockholm. Its strengths are maturity, deep Outlook and document integration, and the SuperNotes meeting assistant, sold as an add-on. AI with monthly credits is included in all plans.
Pricing starts at 450 kr per user per month on the Starter plan, billed annually and capped at 5 users, sold via a booked demo with no self-serve trial, and several advertised AI features were still marked coming soon on the pricing page when we checked.
Fits Nordic companies that live in Outlook and are growing into mid-size.
Upsales
Upsales is the Swedish platform for sales-driven B2B companies that want CRM, marketing automation and revenue analytics in one system, with lead suggestions drawn from Nordic business data.
Pricing is quote-based and not published, and the platform is modular, so expect the total cost to have several parts. It is a system to grow into.
Fits growing B2B teams with a dedicated sales manager and a marketing budget.
Pipedrive
Pipedrive is the most widely used pipeline CRM for small sales teams. Few systems are faster to get started with, the app marketplace is large, and for an English-speaking team the English-first support is a plus rather than the drawback it is for Swedish-only teams. From EUR 14 (about 150 kr) per user per month for the Lite plan billed annually, with a 14-day trial and no card.
Two-way email sync requires the Growth tier, and activities are otherwise logged by hand, so your records stay only as fresh as your team keeps them. The AI helps with suggestions and emails but does not capture your meetings.
Fits sales teams that want a clean pipeline and add apps as needed.
HubSpot
HubSpot is the broad American platform where sales, marketing and service share one platform, and the free tier is genuinely free for up to two users, with automatic email logging and calendar sync. Everything about it is English-first, which suits an international team.
The price ladder is the catch. Paid plans start at $20 (about 190 kr) per user per month at list price; the $7 Starter offer requires an annual commitment and is a time-limited promotion for new customers, so budget for the list price. Professional costs $90 (about 855 kr) per user per month plus a mandatory $1,500 onboarding fee, and AI usage is counted in credits.
Fits companies that want to start free and are prepared to pay for the ladder later.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best CRM for a company in Sweden?
For a small team that wants minimal manual work, Dovio. Teams that want to start free choose HubSpot, and larger organizations needing broad Swedish ecosystems look at Lime or Upsales. The four criteria above narrow it down faster than any ranking.
Which CRM systems are actually Swedish?
Lime, Upsales and Dovio are Swedish companies. SuperOffice is Norwegian with a Stockholm office. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho are international vendors selling in Sweden. There are more Swedish CRMs beyond the big names, for example Membrain, Sellfinity and CRMdata.
Can I run a CRM in English with Swedish-speaking customers?
Yes, and this is where systems differ most. Dovio runs in English or Swedish, and the AI writes meeting summaries and follow-up drafts in the language each meeting was held in, so an English-speaking team serves Swedish customers without translating anything.
Does the CRM data have to be stored in Sweden for GDPR?
No. GDPR requires storage within the EU or EEA. Dovio stores customer data in the EU, in Frankfurt, which meets the requirement. Storage outside the EU is what triggers extra legal work.
What does a CRM cost in Sweden?
Entry prices for small teams range from free (HubSpot's free tier) to a few hundred kronor per user per month. Dovio is $12 per user per month on Starter and $36 on Pro. Watch for setup fees, annual lock-ins and which tier includes the features you need.
