Are there any hidden fees?

No. The seat price is all you pay. If you need more meeting time or more AI credits than your plan includes, you can buy a top-up: 10 hours for $12 a month or 1,000 credits for $5 a month. Nothing is charged automatically, and there is no setup fee and no add-on modules.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. On monthly billing you can cancel whenever you like. On yearly billing you keep the period you have already paid for.

Yes, you can switch at any time. With yearly billing you pay for ten months and get two months free.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Both plans include the full CRM: companies, contacts, deals, pipelines, tasks, notes, email and calendar sync, meeting transcription and contract signing. Pro adds unlimited custom objects and saved views, 30 hours of meetings per seat instead of 5, five times the AI credits, 20 contracts a month instead of 3, unlimited templates and priority support.

How are meetings counted?

By the hour of recording, with the transcript and the AI recap included. Starter gives you 5 hours per seat per month, Pro 30. Hours pool across the workspace, so three seats on Starter share 15 hours and one person can use them all. If you need more, you buy a top-up, 10 hours for $12 a month. Nothing is charged automatically.

What are AI credits?

Credits are what Ask Dovio, meeting prep and AI drafts run on. Starter gives you 500 per seat per month, Pro 2,500. Like meeting hours, they pool across the workspace. They reset at the start of each billing period. If they run out you can buy a top-up, 1,000 credits for $5 a month.

Your data is stored and encrypted in the EU, and we never use it to train AI models. We have also passed CASA Tier 2, the security assessment Google requires from apps that read Gmail. Our security page has the full details, including where your data lives and which subprocessors we use.
